What we collect
What you send us. Your name, email address, the service you want, your target role, your current resume or CV, and anything you write in the message box. A resume usually contains your work history, education, location and sometimes your salary. We treat all of it as confidential.
What our systems record. When you submit the form, we record the date and time and the file you uploaded. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as your IP address and browser type, for security. We do not run advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
We use your information for one purpose: to prepare the documents and coaching you asked for. That includes contacting you about your order, sending drafts, and answering your questions. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for marketing lists.
Who else sees it
- Our writers and coaches. People who work on your documents see your documents. Each one is bound by a confidentiality agreement.
- Service providers. Your uploaded file is stored with Supabase, our storage provider. Form notifications reach us through our email provider. These companies process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
We never publish a client's documents, in full or in part, without that client's written permission. The samples on this site are shown with the written consent of the people they belong to.
How long we keep it
We keep your documents and messages for twelve months after your order finishes, so we can help if you come back for an update. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email privacy@nextracareers.com and we will respond within seven days. There is no charge.
Security
Files are stored in a private bucket that is not reachable from the public internet. Links to your files expire. Access is limited to the people working on your order.
Where we are
Nextra Careers operates from Denver, Colorado, United States. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your data may be processed outside those regions. We apply the same protections wherever it is handled.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
